Synerga is led by Nichola Jacob
Nichola has over 20 years experience of working with organisations to improve business performance through the development of their people. She has led her own HR and OD teams in a number of different business contexts and has worked within a range of different organisational cultures (both private and public) she brings these different perspectives and experiences with her in the work she does.
She is an experienced business coach (both individual and team) and facilitator of groups and has a highly valued leadership style and strong consulting and relationship skills. She particular enjoys working with others to build confidence and authority in the relationships they form and the conversations they can have with each other.

Nichola’s style is characterised by a warm and relaxed manner and a collaborative, pragmatic and realistic approach to supporting her clients. At the same time she is known for providing insightful challenge and stretch to her clients that creates a positive environment within which people learn and develop.

Stephanie DeSarandy is an independent business coach, management developer and facilitator, who has worked exclusively over the last fifteen years in the development of senior executives at a one to one and group level. She herself has considerable business experience: as HR Director for Expocentric.com, as Senior HR Manager in PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as Area Personnel Manager with Hewlett Packard.
The focus of her work is to support individuals and organisations in moving their performance bar. To this end she coaches senior/board level individuals from various industry sectors and trains coaches and provides coaching support. She also facilitates leadership programmes and personal development programmes and runs development/assessment centres.
