Paul has worked as an Organisation Development (OD) Consultant for over 14 years. He helps leaders drive up their performance and that of their people. He works extensively with senior executives in organisations large and small, helping them to create business and personal momentum through learning and change. He seeks to create a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment from his work for himself and his clients.
His practice is founded on sound commercial pragmatism which comes out of 10 years as a line manager in industry and banking. This coupled with his early leadership learning with the Royal Navy, serves to make him an insightful, robust and effective developer of people.
