Developing Leadership and Management Skills


Developing both current and future leaders is a critical part of any organisations success. Organisations need great leadership if they are to survive and prosper. We work with leaders (both individually and in groups) who want to develop their effectiveness as leaders and in particular:

  • Want to examine and explore strategies for motivating and inspiring others
  • Learn how to apply their leadership skills
  • Are building and developing their vision and strategy
  • Want some personal support to help make some business and personal changes
  • Need to develop some core management skills (coaching, delegation, performance management)

Some examples of our work in this area;

  • Creation and delivery of a “Building resilience in Leaders” programme at Cranfield Management School
  • Design and delivery of a series of development programmes aimed at building the efficiency and effectiveness of individuals during their first years in a financial services organisation.
  • Development and delivery of a series of management master-classes for Partners, Associates and Trainees within the Law Industry.
  • Design and facilitation of a 10 month Coaching programme for the HR and Development community in an Engineering organisation
  • Development of a consulting skills programme for senior HR managers
  • Facilitation of a series of action learning groups within the NHS with a focus on developing strategies for current challenges and building awareness of individual effectiveness
